Delivery and Returns

Delivery

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail; the postage fee is £2.99 per order. Delivery dates will be set out in your dispatch confirmation, the usual delivery time is 2-3 working days. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods deliveries may take longer.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s international service; the postage fee is £6.99. Delivery dates will be set out in your dispatch confirmation, the delivery time for international orders is usually up to 10 working days, however delivery times may take longer according to local customs policies. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods deliveries may take longer.

Returns

We hope you won’t want to return any of our juices… but if you do, please let us know at support@13-sins.com. Products may be returned to Cuts Ice LTD if we are contacted within 14 days of you receiving the goods, you then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.

If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us, you can return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Items must be sealed and in a resalable condition. We suggest that you send any product you wish to return via recorded delivery and use packaging that is suitable as Cuts Ice will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

Refunds will be made to the account originally used to pay for the products and will be processed as soon as possible - within a maximum of 30 days.

Defective or damaged goods

For defective or damaged goods, please report the issue to our Customer Service team before disposing of any products, as we may require batch numbers, photographic evidence of any damage or request that the item is returned to us.
